    With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Doug Dolan stands at the helm of Dolan Developments, a firm that reflects his deep-rooted passion for both construction and development.
    Doug’s journey began on Vancouver Island, where his family's construction company has been a part of the community for over 40 years.

    Starting his career as a carpenter, Doug learned the importance of a ground up approach in construction. Also over the years he developed a keen interest in Operations and Project Management. His hands-on experience and progressive roles within the company laid a solid foundation for understanding the intricacies of residential construction.

    Recognizing the synergies between construction and development, Doug founded Dolan Developments to bridge these fields. His extensive background in residential construction, combined with his holistic view of development, sets Dolan Developments apart. Doug approaches each project with a comprehensive perspective, integrating elements of human behavior, health, and finance to create not just buildings, but Places and Spaces people enjoy.

    Wilson Wong has been in the real estate development and construction industry for over 19 years focusing on financing, acquisition and profitability maximization of multifamily and mixed-use development projects in Greater Vancouver. As an advisor to Dolan Developments Wilson brings a wealth of knowledge that contributes to the success of any development or construction project. 

    Wilson started his real estate development career with Mosaic Homes back in 2004 as their Controller.  It was here where he grew and developed his knowledge over a span of 6 years through the various mentors at the company.

    In 2011, Wilson saw a niche and founded Options Management Group, a consulting company that specializes in providing outsourced, in-house, scalable finance and accounting services to small real estate developers that allowed them to leapfrog seamlessly on the finance end into real estate development.  Options has now grown to a 3 partner, 18-person company.
